Returns

As provided by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005) the customer, if it is also a consumer (ie a person who buys the product for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not indicate the purchase order form a reference to VAT), has the right to terminate the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation and without penalty, within 14 working days of receipt of the product purchased.

To exercise this right, the customer must send the seller an explicit written notice to that effect. The request for return must be received within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods in one of the following ways:

filling in the contact form on the website and specifying in the object "Return request for order no. XXXX".

sending an email to hello@sph.it specifying in the object "Request for return order n. XXXX" and indicating in the body of the email all the details relating to the article/s that you intend to return.

Once the notice of withdrawal, the Customer Service of the Seller will quickly communicate to the customer instructions on how to return the goods. For further details see the General Conditions of Sale.

The Customer may choose at his/her discretion to use the Seller's courier or to return the goods through his/her own courier or postal service. If the customer opts to make through the courier of the seller, the cost of return from Italy is € 9,00 and from Europe € 18,00 that will be deducted from the refund. If the customer decides to return the goods independently, we recommend that you use a service that also offers tracking of the goods so you can verify the correct receipt of the return at our warehouse. The Seller will not respond in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments, in this case no refund will be issued.

The goods must be returned intact and carefully packed in its original packaging, complete with all accessories and tags.

The cost of return from Italy is € 9.00 and from Europe € 18.00 that will be deducted from the refund.

The Seller, after checking the product received and approving the return, will refund the price of the product for which the customer has exercised his right of and this within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Seller receives the returned goods in stock, using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise. The timing of the re-credit of funds to the Customer's credit card or bank account depends on the banking institution, the Seller has no control over these timelines.

The request for size change must be received by Customer Service as soon as possible, no later than 14 working days from receipt of the product purchased in the same manner of communication of the request for return.

Returns of merchandise purchased on the Site cannot under any circumstances be delivered at Sph.
