Shipping and delivery
The delivery of the Sph Products purchased will be made by courier (BRT or GLS) to the address you provided. Please also indicate a cell phone number so that the courier can contact you for delivery. Delivery in Italy is made, approximately, within 5/7 working days from the date of confirmation of the order. Deliveries in Europe take place within 8/10 working days. The shipping costs, unless otherwise indicated, are added to the total cost of the order and are specified during the checkout process, before you conclude the purchase process. Shipping is free with a minimum order of € 50. For orders under € 50, shipping costs are € 9,00 in Italy and € 18,00 in Europe. You can check the status of your shipment directly from the site of the courier, thanks to the references that will be communicated by e-mail together with the notification of shipment. If delivery attempts by the courier are unsuccessful, please follow the instructions that the courier will have left in your mail because the goods will be in storage or must be unblocked. In these cases our Customer Service is at your disposal.
We take great care in packing our products and make sure that packages leaving our warehouse are in perfect condition. In the event that, at the time of delivery by the courier, the package appears damaged on the outside or broken, please make the following statement on the Document of Transport, along with your signature and that of the courier: "I accept the package (packages) subject to control because damaged. If the courier refuses to let you affix the control reserve, immediately reject the shipment. We also ask you to immediately communicate the acceptance with reserve or the rejection of the package to the following address: email@example.com
